Shader Bytes specializes in providing innovative solutions in software, AI, applications, games, film production, music, VFX, graphics, consultancy, server-side security, data analytics, mobile and web development, IoT, and robotics.

Engagement with Shader Bytes through partnerships, collaborations, contractual agreements, or service provisions indicates full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Shader Bytes delivers customized software development, design, research, and integration services. All engagements are governed by project-specific agreements, proposals, and contracts outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

All proprietary software, frameworks, tools, designs, documentation, and digital assets developed by Shader Bytes remain the intellectual property of Shader Bytes unless otherwise contractually transferred. Clients may receive licenses or usage rights as per mutually agreed terms.

• Fees for services are defined in signed agreements or project quotations.

• Payments are due as outlined in the agreement. Delays may incur penalties or service interruptions.

• Shader Bytes reserves the right to update pricing structures for ongoing or future services with appropriate notice.

• Shader Bytes maintains the highest standards of confidentiality regarding client data, project information, and proprietary materials. Mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are executed where required.

• Shader Bytes shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.

• Third-party system failures.

• Delays caused by force majeure events.

• Downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond Shader Bytes’ control.

Shader Bytes delivers all software solutions based on the agreed scope and timeline. Warranty or post-deployment support, if applicable, will be explicitly defined in the service agreement. Shader Bytes disclaims liability for damages arising from third-party integrations or misuse of software post-delivery.

Shader Bytes employs industry-standard security practices in all its development processes, including secure coding, server-side hardening, and periodic audits. While every effort is made to ensure software security, absolute immunity from cyber threats cannot be guaranteed.

Shader Bytes adheres to applicable local and international laws related to software development, data privacy, intellectual property, and labor standards.

All engagements and legal interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Constitution of India and laws applicable within the Republic of India.

Shader Bytes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updated versions applicable to future agreements or services.
