Introduction

At Shader Bytes, we take pride in delivering high-quality software solutions and services tailored to the needs of each client. As a service-based technology company, our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and project-dependent.

Custom Software Development & Services

Refunds for custom software development, consulting, or support services are not typically offered once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. However, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Project cancellation before significant work has begun.

  • Failure to deliver as per the signed agreement, where Shader Bytes is at fault.

  • Technical defects not resolved within a reasonable timeframe after multiple attempts.

All refund requests must be formally submitted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Third Party Software

Shader Bytes is not liable for refunds related to third-party tools, platforms, or licenses acquired on behalf of the client unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement.

How To Request A Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at shaderbytes@gmail.com with:

  • Your name/company

  • Date of transaction

  • Reason for refund

  • Any supporting documentation

We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
